Absolutely amazing! True that it would have been a different story if heavier loads like slugs or 00buck were used, but even birdshot can be devastating at close range. As far as a sentence of 35 years for the shooter...what a frickin joke!

Good thing he didn't aim for the head sooner kids lucky he lived and didn't just bleed out also when he was talking about the pain going away sounds like he was going into shock lucky that wasn't the end of it
At close range bird shot will do a great job of killing someone all those little BBs in a close group will pack a heavy punch to your organs the shock wave can be plenty to end you buck shot can pack as much or more punch but will rip you apart
