I think they did fine. I mean i doubt the normal person knows what to do when a ray gives birth. It was a bit too long out of the water but I am sure they were like WTF when it was going on. Plus they could have used the babies for shark bait like everyone else does

I agree to everything stated so far. The rays were out of water far to long but he also did good in putting them back. The one thing I object to is he didn't remove his hook and just caught the line.
