I love it. No longer having to buy $25 worth of stuff for shipping offsets some of the cost since I'm not buying $5 items I normally wouldn't buy just to save $5 on shipping. Wiith $3.99 next day shipping I can usually replace broken/lost tools for work and still save money versus going to home depot. I prefer to support my lfs but there are things I'm particular about that they don't carry or at times I'm too busy so its nice to have the free shipping. The streaming is good but haven't had time to really utilize the service.

I am leaning heavily,, towards keeping it.... I have blown 80 bucks on far less , after all:popcorn::)
 
I am discvering that ,here in az. many items are taxed when doing amazon purchase ... thats gonna make it harder to make up that PRIME MEMBERSHIP money:nilly:

It's good for people who absolutely can't wait.

BUT for those of us in California, we have to pay sales tax, but a lot of time the warehouse is in our state so we get it in 2 days anyway. So check your location and the distance to the nearest Amazon warehouse.
 
ya , I AM STARTING TO THINK THAT IF I just get stuff that is prime eligible ,that its gonna come inside a week anyway... now do I WANT TO BLOW OFF all those movies and tv shows?
 
Yep...still thinking it's gonna be a good investment...but... I hope it doesn't make me want to spend ,just to spend...
