Gawd is it me or do all the RTC catfish in zoos n **** look like **** cuz they are way over fed?
They look ugly with that forehead thing... well it has too much fat on it to look close to any one in the wild.

Also the big *** catfish is known as a P. Niger.
 
I don't see how it looks overfed it's just a big ass fish. In the wild I am sure you will find some much slimmer than that but you could also stumble upon one that just ate a fish over half its size and would be a helluv a lot fatter than that one
 
the aquarium has some nice setups i like the piraya and rbp setup they have even with the open glass tops kids fingers yummy treat for those 10" piranhas

i think the altifrons have some of the most vivid colors of any fish. i had a 5" but he died a while back. i thought that giraffes lived in african rivers?
