The 108watt light fixture looks fine for the plants you plan on keeping. But I would order from a place that lets you choose the bulbs you get in tempature rating. 6700k is the most popular for plants. But anything from 6-8000k will work fine.
My tried and true recipe to grow really large swords is
130watt power compact light
6700k bulbs (change yearly)
good plant substrate- Gravel works best with these large root bearing plants. It helps keep them rooted in the gravel and not become loose and float up.
If you get any yellowing add some pottasium fertilizer. Root tabs or dry ferts or liquid.
This seems to work very well for amazon swords, vals, anacharis, and java moss.
