Piggin' out. This is how you catch a hog. This was trials... Which is necessary if you plan to hunt the dogs on a real hog in the woods.. which could be 400lbs with 4" cutters... and MEAN.

It wasn't gamey at all actually. I got a hint of gaminess on the deeper parts of the ham, but otherwise tasted just like store pork.
