We went and checked them out yesterday and even brought Moose with us. They had 3 left.
We took a good look at the parents and even the grandpa was there.
The sire was a beast and a great looking bulldog, very protective, protective to the point he wanted to eat me. The mother on the other hand was a doll, only thing wrong was she had a very long muzzel, about as long as a labs muzzel, which I wasn't too fond of.
The grandpa was limping(the guy said he hurt himself out in the yard), he was 6 years old but looked and acted like he was 10 years old, so that drew me away a little bit.
One of the pups had a kinked tail(which is a desirable trait for ABs) but had the longest muzzel though too. And another one growled at Moose, I would get that one if I decide to get one
Another breeder here has a litter that will be ready at christmas time and we're seeing if we can go take a look at them today, thy're more expensive and from the photos are more of what we are looking for.
Here's the 3 pups the guy had left. The first one is with the kinked tail, and the second one is the one that growled. I want one that will be more white but I do like the markings on the third.

Whelp... I bought a puppy! She's so beautiful!!!

Here are the pics.....the first 2 are of the mom Emma, she is on the small side, weighing in at about 80lbs. The dad Sugg, is weighing in at 130lbs and was a stud...will have pics of him soon....
The last 3 pics are of Sugar(she is in the pink camo collar)....the female we chose. She is all white with only a tiny dot behind her right ear(about the size of a eraser head) and a hidden black spot on the inside of her left ear. She is 3 weeks old right now and is weighing in at 4lbs 12oz.

I asked her if she'd be willing to fly a dog to you and she said "if she's willing to set it up I would be for it." You can always call Detroit-Metro and see how much it would cost to send her, probably wouldn't be over $900usd total for the pup($650) and shipping, that's with the crate included.
no thats ok lol Id rather stick to local and I don't think Id trust shipping across the border and besides I may be able to work something out with the cane corsos as she has 9 10 week old pups and apparently Im one of the first to contact her about them so shes willing to negotiate a price
plus the ABs go for 500 here so Id be willing to wait

I'm going to visit the girl today!!!
Her momma isn't allowing the puppies to nurse off her anymore, not too bad of a problem seeing they are feeding on their own. We might get her a week earlier then planned.
BTW... Moose is 60lbs now
