AMERICAN crayfish in the uk

Wow not many coonasses (Folks from Lousiana south of I-10) on this board I take it. I live in Texas and eating crawfish is a huge thing here. They put in another of spicy spices and boil them up and they eat the tail then suck the head!

I'm from up north so it took me awhile to get used to the idea, but I have to say crawfish is dang good.

a little cajun seasoning, flour and a fryer and you've got yourself some cajun popcorn. That stuff is delicious. oh, and don,t forget to squirt some lemon juice on it as well.

But yeah, If i was the OP i would just catch one anyway. they make great pets. Just don't go around advertising you have one. Be smart about it.
