any metal vocalist could walk right in, do some very good pig squeals, or some roars, and the judges would think he's a tool who can't sing and would kick him out.

when they make a metal idol, I'll watch.

I hate Idol. It screams out as a waste of TV to me. For those 3 odd months that the show is broadcast, I barely watch the channel which Idol is stationed on.

I cannot agree more with Liam.

Why is there so much ignorance on this thread. Is it due to lack of reading comprehension, boredom or that convict_breeder started the thread. The poll was, who do you think will win the show, not do you like the show. This is like the people who post on a thread about a hybrid with nothing better to do than bash hybrids. If you don't like the subject, don't read it. That was in case that point had escaped some of the "morans".

I don't think I'm a moran for not liking the show and expressing that. It was a joke and that is all it was meant to be. I don't think that it warranted a insult like that. You're taking this thing way too serious. and oh yeah, this thread is labeled American Idol, I checked it out because of that. I was hoping there might be a "do not watch" or "don't care" option on the poll. So settle down dragonfish.
