Thanks for the welcome Rivermud, I hope I don't encounter the same bubbles and breakdown that you did, it wouldn't be pretty considering the way I have this tank built in and finished. I've had it running for about 4 months now with no problems. Bondage to the plywood appears to be very good, I rolled on ten coats. The Blue Max never seems to really dry (Ames says this is normal) but I was concerned about leeching. However I have some really sensitive marines in it (Queen Angel and Powder Blue Tang) and haven't detected any signs of toxicity to date. I'll keep this thread updated as time goes by.

Thanks again. the product i used was Sno Seal and it is not remotely the same as the Blue Maxx so your results may differ from mine. Good luck.
