I am suspecting bacterial infection there hence why I asked if you have kanamycin with you. It happens quite often when a skin becomes damaged as a result of injury or parasitic infestation.

do you think maracyn 2 will help??? it looks like some of the scales are starting to get lifted...i am thinking of adding maracyn 2 in or do you have any medicine to recommend?

You should post in the arowana forum, I think you'd have much better chance of getting response from some arowana experts. I have never even seen anything like this.
