Ammonia issue :(

i suspected something dead in there...there are no mysteries.

So I took out all the gravel and cleaned out all of the black worms.
Within 24 hours of doing that the ammonia levels dropped a lot!!!
Damn blackworms were causing havok in there.

I really appreciate everyone's suggestions and help
