Glad he's doing better.. but like suggested.. I would check your water and make sure you didn't have an ammonia spike.. you mentioned doing a massive water change.. if you did do this then I wouldn't rule out ammonia poisoning/water quality issues altogether. either way keeping close tabs on your water can only help him heal. Glad he pulled threw.
