HERES SOME INFO

QUARANTINE TANK-BEEN RUNNING FOR 6 MONTHS

TANK SIZE: 3 GALLONS
STOCK: 3" TIGER SHOVELNOSE, 6 GUPPIES
FILTER: SUBMERSIBLE RATED FOR 5 GALLONS

-ADD SEACHEM STABILITY, PRIME AFTER EVERY WATER CHANGE OVER 30% (EVERY 3 DAYS DUE TO QUARANTINE)

-WHEN CLEANING FILTER I WASH MEDIA (SPONGE) IN DE-CHLORINATED WATER

THERE IS NO LEFT OVER FOOD ANYWHERE

No need to shout! I think your going to need to up the size of the QT. When theres no fish in there how do you keep the filter cycled do you put it in another tank or do you just leave it were it is! Adding seachem stability is not going to keep the filter cycled as you can see by your ammonia readings. The BB needs a food source "ammonia" without it they will die.

Sorry, I think it makes it easier for people to read when its in all caps

I breed guppies as a food source so there were always about 20 guppies in there. In my bigger tanks I always have a canister filter, so i just take some of the media out of that and put it into the smaller ones.

Im planning on moving him to an established 40 gallon growout once he puts on about an inch. But I have no available tanks were he would last at his size.

there is only about 6 guppies left now, and the 6 months this tank has been established ive never ran into an ammonia problem

This is really the first problem I havnt been able to solve since I first got into fish keeping.

I honestly think Its something to do with the way my test strips are workin cuz there really isnt a cause for this and the TSN is showing no signs of ammonia poisoning

no frayed fins, gasping, irregular behavior, rapid breathing, or reddend body/fins....nothing
