Normally, Nitrates at 0 and ammonia not at 0 is a sign of an uncycled tank. If it's properly cycled and those are the test results than my guess is you have invalid test results.
Ammonia won't go below 0.25 PPM!

Tested all my other tanks. Same exact readings. And those were running for over 2 years. Likely a faulty kit, possibly due to temperature, about a week back my AC busted and my house was a f'ing sauna I haven't used my test kit between then and today so I'll assume it's that. I'll get it tested at my LFS (They use the same kit) and see if it's just my kit or my water is actually bad. Thanks for the help guys.
