is it ray safe to do more then one water change a day? i just did a 50% and it helped but its still high

add some bio spira and stabillity to your tank..... i have done 2 changes in one day with no ill effects 2 @ 50%
i donno my leo was acting funny and i did a test strip and it said it was fine still acted funny and i got a drop one and it said it was 1.5! they still eat but not as much as they normally do. I had a planaria infestation so i added salt and i dont see them anymore im thinking when i added the salt and killed them it spiked the ammonia
nick.... went to 3 pet stores couldnt find the bio spira but i got the stablaizer and i picked up some top fin bacteria supplement sounds like the same thing anyone use it before?

i did when it rose the first time, i saved half of it and cleaned the other half, i figured that it would be enough with the filter and the sand in the tank.... maybe i was wrong...
