Yes. Pacmans would love a thirty. They are inactive but the ten gallon is a notch too small even for them. Keep one per tank and do not handle. They bite, hard. Also, do some research on their "coma" periods. I think you'll have to understand that part of their lives thoroughly, so you can tell from sleeping, lazy, dying.
