I'll tell you the same thing I and most others tell everyone who asks if their fish is labiatus or citrinellum. There is no way to tell 100% which species it is without dna testing. There are WAY too many hybrids and hybrids of hybrids etc on the market to be able to look at one and determine conclusively that it is one over the other.
If you don't know exactly where the fish came from, such as a reputable breeder or importer, then most likely they are all labiatus/citrinellum hybrid. We can say that one definitely has more labiatus characteristics or one more closely resembles citrinellum, but to know conclusively is impossible.
