Amphilophus diet?

The main ingredient in NLS is South Antarctic Krill. (Euphausia superba)

cchhcc's comment was spot on.
 
NLS is a great staple diet just go up in pellet size as it grows it can eat that forever. Krill is also very good as an addition to its diet, Hakari bio-gold+ is another good pellet to use if its easier to find.
 
good to hear. I just picked up krill today and I am hoping everyone will like it. I will still feed the worms and brine shrimp every month or so.

On a side note Im not sure If I should start another topic but I witnessed today that my lyonsi isn't eating and the feces is white and stringy(is it bloat?) so how can I heal him. I have clout on hand and a seperate ten gallon tank. Any help?

Sounds like bloat.... i would quaranteen him and treat with clout immediately!!
