I got this guy back in 2014 at about 5-6". Even at that size he had always had his huge nuchal hump. When I first picked him out he was in a tank with at least 5-6 pairs of red isletas, with those males being alot bigger than he was. Even though he was not paired up and very low on the pecking order it was only him and a smaller male that display the huge hump (regret not picking up that smaller male as well). I might breed him after I show him next April to a female that is from the same line.
BTW I have always been a sucker for flat face Amphilophus.
