he posts like crazy on the native fish forums. its a horrible idea to keep any other species in a pond with a 2foot long channel catfish and other large mouth, if your not even sure they will live over winter.

And not to get all technical, but you mast definitely can. Conspiracy, solicitation, ect. are all ways you can be arrested for something you haven't done, at least not yet. It isn't gonna happen for fish, but it can happen.
Keep telling people your gonna break the law and see how long it takes for you to get arrested, especially since you have already done it and its well documented on a public forum...
Do you have spell check on your computer? If so you should seriously consider using it.

Yes, Technically at this point you could be arrested for conspiracy to commit any number of crimes. Transporting wildlife across state lines, importing invasive/exotic species...etc, but will you? probably not, but it would be funny if you did.
All your doing is starting threads to get a reaction out of people, and it's working, but I would laugh so hard if fish and game showed up at YOUR PARENTS house and banged them with a couple thousand in fines for the salmon. How long would you be grounded for?
