naw not even 20'' there is no way 16'' max and that is a huge fricken FH but they have been known to reach this size, but only a extremely small # have ever reached 16'' mark
the age thing though naw WAYYYYYYYY OFF, because for one, yes they were created in the mid 90's and for someone to have one this old, say if it were able to live that long which is just NOT possible. Then that fish would have to be one of the original FH owned by Mr Terence Jiam the father of the Flowerhorn. Who lives in Malaysia, and he must have some how gave the fish to this guy's uncle here in the states. hahahahahahahah naw don't think so but it was a good try
