possibly some sort of Pictus catfish??

It's something from the family Ariidae. Im 100% sure of that. Which species is hard to say, not really a family im good with.

Do you know where it was collected? Did you buy it? Catch it?
 
I bought it from an lfs, they do not know where it is from.
The fish is about 4 inches and very active even in the day. It's current diet is bloodworm, minced market prawn, and torsat (small catfishes).

It's definitely in the ariidae family and based on the pictures I can find online, Bagre marinus , or gaff topsail catfish does look like a definite possibility.
