very cute! it would be nice to know what species he/she is.. just to get an idea of what size it will be eventually..i love these guys, they are so full of character!

hey guys, my oct is a she!
laid eggs about a week ago.
they dont look like normal oct eggs though, theyre tiny spheres.
strange thing, do you think it would be possible that her eggs are actually viable?
because when they were just laid, they were just these little white balls, and now i see two black dots on them.
of all the times to have misplaced my camera... my mobile can't capture the detail on the eggs.

i think cephs can store spem for a while so it may be completely possible, GL man..

i'll try and get a photo of the eggs, they really look unusual... not longish sacs, but tiny spheres. the size is really unusual as well- each egg is about one millimeter diameter. nobody's got info on the types of eggs different octs lay? it looks like the eggs are attached to each other somehow... reminds me of frogspawn

aw i always wanted to get an octopus but i her they dont live for long and were di you cach this little bugger
