You shouldnt need to keep all deep sea fishes under pressure as long as you decompress them properly as your bringing them to the surface. I have seen pics of fish decompression chambers used in the rift valley lakes. Some might need it but Quite a lot of deep sea species rise much closer to the surface during the night to feed.

lets just say it was possible to pressurize an aquarium, and lets forget the fact that fish need room to swim.
if you had a tank, that would normally hold 50 gallons, and had it pressurised with 500 gallons, would it be able to have the bioload of a 50, or a 500?

think I'm heard of pressurized systems for deep water species.. pretty expensive setup! More for scientist to study deep water inverts.
