if u can fit 500 gallons into 50 gallon then plz let me knw how u did it
 
You shouldnt need to keep all deep sea fishes under pressure as long as you decompress them properly as your bringing them to the surface. I have seen pics of fish decompression chambers used in the rift valley lakes. Some might need it but Quite a lot of deep sea species rise much closer to the surface during the night to feed.

if you had a tank, that would normally hold 50 gallons, and had it pressurised with 500 gallons, would it be able to have the bioload of a 50, or a 500?

You cannot compress water dude, won't happen.
