NO YOU COULDNT KEEP THE JD AND CON IN A 29 OR 30 FOR LIFE IF YOU HAVE A MALE JD THEN HE CAN ESILY GET TO 11-13" URE TANK IS 12" WIDE RIGHT? YOUR JD WOULDNT TOLERATE A CON ANYWAY BUT THAT TANK IS WAY TO SMALL FOR A JD PEOPLE TELL YOU THINGS AND YOU IGNORE THEM.. AND YOU WONDER WHY NOTHING EVER GOES RIGHT FOR YOU AND URE FISH?? SERIOUSLY, IF YOU CAN GET A 55G GET RID OF THE JD FOR A START EITHER GET YOUR COMMUNITY FISH A 29G OR GET RID OF THEM, KEEP THE CONS TOGETHER IN A 29G AND DONT BUY ANYMORE FISH.

CB i just looked at the pics of your tank and man have you not come a long way with the decor. WELL DONE FOR GETTING MORE NATURAL DECOR I THINK YOU DESERVE A ROUND OF APPLAUSE FOR THE DECOR AND ITS ARRANGEMENT it looks heaps better.
granted your stocking still needs help but you have at least made a decent start by giving your fish a half decent home.
i do agree with the others though the JD needs to go man or it will kill everything in that small tank and then die from illness due to being cramped IMO.
