ancients?

good evening, depending from where youre viewing this.

im an ancient-addict, and i know theres the following groups:

hagfish
sturgeon
paddlefishlungfish
arowana/arapaima
polypterus/rope eel
gar
bowfin
knifefish
butterfly fish

is that all there is? i love ancients, and i would love to see/know more, again i know that you all do.
or does anybody know anymore aquatic creatures that are fascinating and ancient?

and by the way, arent sharks and rays ancient?

Coelacanths and sea lamprey/hagfish are the most ancient fish I can think of. Sharks and rays are pretty ancient as well but the first 2 have gone completely unchanged for hundreds of millions of years. I don't believe sharks and rays have been around as long but I'm not an expert.

Ive wondered if Amazonian Wolf Fish are considered "Ancient", they are air breathers, known to move across land with a hard set of scales so they seem to at least have the properties of them
