Ancistrus Dolichopterus fry evolving. New pics EVERY DAY!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Well, i dont underestimate you davo but google says so, or this is Teminckii?
ID please?

This is A. dolichopterus - http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/image.php?species=ancistrus+dolichopterus&image_id=486 They are my favourite Ancistrus.

Teminikii don't get imported much and I don't think it's that either. There are a few brown spotted bristlenoses and I'm not great at IDing them. Common ones would be stuff like A. cf. cirrhosus. Of course there are also hybrids and they are bred in large numbers. If you want to search through them heres a guide http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/genus.php?genus_id=4#661 sometimes it might require looking at details I can't see in those pictures.

I would guess it is CF. Cirrhosus.

I figured there is no need in updateing every day now once they are growing A LOT slower. They are feeding on NLS and cucumbers.
