How long have you kept the leos???

This one's out of the topic, but when will my leo pups turn black??
I think I've spent 2 months with them and they're still gray, a bit darker though..

I have had the leos for about a year, I know the male is at least 5-6 years old, and the female is soposidly 8 years old.... but i doubt it. I still think yours are actually leoxheneli, which would then take a little longer to become black due to the heneli blood in them, but at about 6 months of age i would expect them to be black

Thanks, tank is 8x3x24 in the tank is male motoro (10") Female motoro 15", Female motoro 13", Male leo 18", female leo 15". The leos and motoros will be put into seperate tanks when I move out in hopefully 3-4 months.

That's awesome I am just starting in the freshwater stingray hobby and just love it. Your ray's look great I would love to see a whole tank picture.
