what in the heck are you rambling on about? I dont think ive ever sent you a pm let alone ever said that. You guys on the piranha forum remind me of the old people who will sit at the local spot, and talk about the good old days and will bash anything new there not used to.

I put up the rip list as a reminder to myself of what can go wrong, I could easyly take it of then what will you have to go by?

no kidding dangerous to the fish. i know what you meant. the only way to really sex a piranha is to cut it open and look at its reproductive organs which would kill the fish. thats why i said what is he doing thats too dangerous cutting the fish open and lookin around then stitching them up.

essentially he just thought they were male and female and put them together. the most respected scientist that study piranhas cant tell the difference between the males and the females just by looking at them so how can he? he cant. he won't post how he sexes them bc he is just guessing. if someone knows enough that a cohab is dangerous and that brandtii are usually kept solo i think they wouldn't blame him if their fish died.

everyone is not just going to start to do this bc they are not dumb and don't want to kill their fish.

The 55 was plenty big enough for 2 6.5-7 inch piranhas they had losts of room, yes they would have needed one more upgrade when they hit lets say 9 inchs, into at least a 75 gal. Could it have been other reasons they died, yes, I dont use much test stuff and userly only keep a watch on ph.

who are you to tell me what I need to do? When I said I dont use much test stuff that means I dont test for nitrates, ammonia, etc very often, Its not an excuse Its somthing that I should have been watching.
