anemone died

The anemones may have killed each other. You should feed your anemone about once a week. Was it accepting food everyday? Did it stay in once place or move around a lot?

It would work for a little longer, but you're going to be looking at, bare minimum, a 180 for this guy. And, for big waste-producers, the standard is to go at least 8 to 10 times volume in flow -- so that's 1800 to 2000 gallons per hour, and at that size, pumps can be pricey. You'll need to switch over from canisters to a sump, most likely, which is more expense. Also, his adult size (and the size of his mouth LOL) are going to really limit what you can keep with him. Then there's how much he'll cost to feed and how much the salt is going to be needed to keep up with the regular, good-sized water changes that he'll need. He's just going to get big, and eat a lot, and poop a lot. This is all stuff to think about and decide if that's the direction you can go and want to go.

im building my old 10 and 29 gallon tank into a wet dry..... and if i have too i might consider making my 116 gallon freshwater tank into a salt.. it already have a wet dry working..
or i might trade him if he get too big..

and yes it would except all the food and they did move around alot.. they never really stayed in one place.. it kind of look like they were chasing each other.. the lfs i go to said it was normal.. i guess it wasn't

Chasing is bad. They probably killed each other. Anemones do best when they find a nice place to live. Hell, I had two anemones in my 90 gallon that chased each other down and slugged it out. Both died. When they move around they do nothing but cause trouble. Their like walking battleships if you get an aggressive one. Stinging anything it comes in proximity with. I got lucky and got a timid one that didn't even sting me until I tried to stop it from drifting around the water column. It may take awhile for one to find a desirable place once you first buy it, but if the thing is still wandering after a few days/weeks then something is not right.

They are fascinating creatures.
