Well a few days ago I wrote a novel (which sadly I am famous for on here, lol) for someone who wanted to know how to start a reef tank. In such novel I posted the proper supplements for reef tanks, and those included coral foods as well. I covered pretty much all the basics, just had to stop because my fingers were threatening to give out on me. You should check it out, I think it might answer most your questions. Since you are finished with cycling, you can for the most part ignore that section. Here is the link...

Once you give it a look, let me know if you have any other questions -k-, be glad to help.
And as an added thought - about the power heads, 2 in your tank might be a bit cramped, as you do have a lot of rock in there, but if you want something really cool - that I myself own a few of and can attest to their effectiveness, look into one of these...

Yes the output is higher than you had to start with, but the design is so compact and so efficient, that you can place it behind the rock mid-column and aim it upwards slightly and because of the power, it will create a swirling current, which you can re-adjust as you like. In a 10gal it is more than enough, and small enough to move it where ever, positioning it however. Just my 2 cents, but I love them in big and small tanks.
