Sorry my bad. Rams would do fine in warmer water. Go the apisto rout over rams.ryansmith83;4824363; said:Remember that rams (M. ramirezi) like warm water, 84F+. If you're not willing to keep your angels this warm you may have to choose something else. I've kept various dwarfs with my angels over the years and they all do pretty well. Tetras are good too as long as they are too big for your angels to eat. Cardinals and neons are usually a no-go because the angels will hunt them down and eat them.
NO TIGER BARBS! Unless you want finless angels. They are terrible fin nippers!dlobom;4824417; said:I've had no problems with loaches, tiger barbs also work.
the only problem I had, is that my breeding couple killed every fish in the tank whenever they spawned.
Eventualy the tank will be too small but you could start them in the 90.Greg31;4824913; said:Thanks for suggestions. I have never kept clown loaches but would loev to try them. Should I give them a shot with angels or no?
I think I will be running a fx5 for the 90g.
Skip balas and chineese algae eaters both get a little aggreive as they grow.Cali Reptiles;4824925; said:I have a planted 55 g with 2 large angels + corys (several types-all paired), 3 bala sharks, a golden algae eater and a fire eel. We get the most compliments on that tank.
