Restocked one of my Wild Angel and Discus Tanks.

Replaced the two year old Altums with yearlings and added two Brazilian Heckels to the mix:)

Nice looking Angel. However it's definitely not Koi. It's Gold Marble. A koi angel is a blushing Angel and will not show striations or lines or patterns on the fins.

Here's a Koi Angel as depicted in the FloridaGuppiesPlus website. Look at the fins.

Also when young, Koi Angels will have transparent gill covers making them appear to be blushing. As they age the gill covers gets covered by irridescense making it translucent.

Thanks for the info. It was sold as a koinand I didn't think much about it other than I liked the color and pattern.
