told my mom everything you said, unfortunately i live an hour away from her and she didnt take the eggs out like i said, they hatched and had the yolks still attached for a few days but then were eaten, can i remove the eggs before they hatch next time? that was there second spawn in 2 or 3 weeks

it is always better to separate the eggs as soon as possible. i also like to start the eggs with a dose of methyl blue. when the eggs hatch and the yolk is absorbed, i feed lots of newly hatched brine shrimp. good luck

id recommend giving them their own tank.

cant convince the parents to do so, but yea next time ill remove the eggs as soon as i seem them
