I had a cow skull in a tank several years ago for about a year, no problems. The fish loved it beause of all the crevices.

ive added it its been about 5 hours my eels love its swimming all through it my big oscar doesnt really care but my little 4 inch is interested in it hope it works out

Since i have absolutely no idea, just thought i would ask, wouldn't calcium leech out of the bones over time???

it will slowly deteriorate... i did this and noticed so i took it out. not because the fish were harmed but i liked the skull lol

Right. Eventually your skull will thin out and crumble away. But in the meantime, I'll bet it looks killer!
