Battle Angel Alita was good. If you can find Basilisk watch it. It's better than Ninja Scrolls. Akira sucked.

COMPLETELY disagree. I've already posted that i have Basalisk and the best thing about that series is the art and the general story line and the characters but it was very dissappointing.

it was kind of dumb how some things played out and how some of the characters died,..............

Ninja Scroll is waaaaaaaaay better

Can't believe Initial D all four stages and the movie has not been mentioned unless I missed it. Also all the Crying Freeman ones are bad ass.

not into initial D. dont' like the drawing and not into racing. I'm more into the sci fi stuff. aliens, monsters, myths and legends and thing like that.

seen the crying freemans, i liked them. it's practically hentai,............ not that i mind but it's not for kids in case anyone wanna check it out

i've never done the ebay or craigslist thing,............. among others

i've only bought a couple of cars from autotrader and fish stuff from mfkers

i dont' trust those other things. my sister in law bought a Gucci purse one time, and when the purse came, it was an obvious fake purse that didn't look authentic like the picture. she asked for a refund, the seller asked her to send the purse back, then she'll send the money,........... which my sister in law did, and never heard from seller again.

and then there's was the craigslist killer thing on the news.

i just don't trust people.

unless you are referring to a certain website that sells anime stuff then give me a link.

No craigstlist, like amazon or ebay. As for the purse I would never buy an expensive item like that off ebay, it really doesnt suprise me with all the purse copys out there, thats one of those things you just go buy at a store. Btw she can dispute that, if she hasnt already. Somethings are not meant to be bought online =] Whatever you are comfortable with.

You always check out your seller first, I ve been shopping online for years. I also make sure I know what I am buying and if item is "not as described" you can dispute for a refund. With anime you just got to make sure its listed as new so you know it wont come scratched. Also check their refund policy. I bought my bf an entire 2 box series off amazon brand new and I had no issues with it.

If you dont trust that then yeah there are websites that sell nothing but anime that you can buy from, they may not always be cheaper but they may have sales, one of them is actually located right down the road from me that usually has good deals, here is there link: http://www.animenation.com/

Also are you looking for movies or series??? I thought movies? I see some series posted (like bleach and initial D along with one mentioned several times including by me nge - neon gensis evangelion - the movie is really for the end of the series)

awesome, thanks for all the info. I didn't think you were a chic. well, i guess you can be a dude with a bf too. i just assume everyone's a dude unless their names were obvious.

i'm more looking into movies but will consider good series. it's just hard to find the time to watch everything. i prefer movies because i can sit and watch a movie but i got 4 kids (1-4 years old) and one baking in the oven,............... i hate starting a series and not finishing it or taking a long time to finish

G Gundam (ok lots of people hate it b/c they dont give it the chance... the first bit kind of sucks (at least the battles do) and some parts are annoying but its extremely different from the other gundam series and is actually enjoyable once you start to get further into the series.. at least I found it entertaining and enjoyable - I like how they set it up with the characters too)
