ANNOUNCEMENT ~ NON-DSLR ~ Pic Week

Good idea! Is there enough activity to warrant POTM for both types? I've decided not to send in any pics to POTM because it seems like people don't like DSLR pics. They say it's unfair advantage, they look photoshop'd, etc etc

We had discussed this and decided it would make more sense to just do something simple that people can participate over a given period of time, without judging one another. The goal being to encourage participation, not to compete. POTM is back in full swing so we don't really want to insert anything new/additional into that process.

Side note, we want to see cell phone pics from you with your watermarks that week!

here are a few that I took awhile back
they are def. not the greatest
out of these my favorite pics are of my favorite fish, she
got me into keep monsters! my Albino Oscar
I think her and the regular tiger oscar are giving all the signs
that they are going to breed, constant head shaking, lip locking , always nudging each other and they have dug what I think is a nest that is dang hear 1 1/2 ft oval all the way to the glass, been like this for a few weeks now but still no eggs and neither has the "eggtube" dropped so I don't know whats going on, half tempted to vent them again but I don't want to stress them out just in case they are getting ready to ... any way enough of my ramblings lol . Great idea once again !

OMG Bro that pic is AMAZING!!! wish I had half the talent that you have for taking pics , I have been trying to get some decent pics of the 50+ Yes I said 50+ Umbee that I bought from freshwaterpredators for Months now .... cause naturally they are growing like crazy and need to get rid of some ! and needless to say its hard to sell a fish without some good pics
