Annoying Recommendation Thread

Sorry, but I am looking for some catfish that stay in the 8-10" range to liven up the bottom of my 180Gallon. I was hoping to get some ideas.

I have been looking around on Planetcatfish, but with so many species of cats its hard to know where to start. I already researched most cats in the synodontis fam, anything else I should take a peak at?

a trio of pictus cats would be pretty cool if you don't have small fish they'll eat.

Hoplo - Very bold, stays on the bottom most of the time until there is food about then great fun to watch - mine will take bits from your fingers and they stay around 8" max I think. Or as above, a few Pictus together are better than just one on its own.

I agree on the pictus, they aren't too big or too small and relatively active.

Get a bolt cat. They get a bit bigger than you want but still very manageable in a 180.

Woodcats are pretty cool, they may hide most of the time but when feeding time comes they come out in force.
