Hey! Finally made an account on here and am supper excited. I need help with 55 gal. I want some pictus cats 4-5 because I heard they like schooling at least two Dino bichir (Senegal) and I want a semi aggressive center price can I do cichlids ? I have plenty of hiding spots and two inches of sand all around I have two 75 gal hang on back filter and have plenty of bubble supply.

55 is a little tight for Senegalus. I would recommend a wider tank; a 40 breeder or 75 would be better.
Yes. Usually Bichirs are referred to by their scientific name. The scientific name for Dinosaur Bichir is Polypterus senegalus.
I know next to nothing about african cichlids. I can't help you with those.
I'm open to anything semi aggressive really I kinda want a lot but know I'm limited to a 55 for now but I do like the idea of having schools
