Saw this guy few weeks ago at the LFS, he was the one with white eyes. I asked about it and apparently it was picked on by a Midas. I got it $40 was marked for $99 along with 3 quarter size Uaru after I traded in an Oscar I got for free and three common types of plecos, total bill was $14.99. The three are in my 220 and I use corner matten sponges so no risk there. I do have a weak 800 gph wave maker at the top but they are mingling with the angels. I'm getting 7 more tomorrow same size $83 total. Going to grow these out in the 220 to be later housed in the 265. I want a nice Uaru tank just like the Chocolate tank I have. I do have an approx 1 year female Uaru that lays eggs now but has no mate, hope to change that soon with 5 more Uaru from a friend of mine about 5" each.
 
Awesome deal on them. I would come down to kentucky and get some for that price :D

I have a 400gph wavemaker and one of mine 3/4 inch ones got stuck to it the other day. They love picking at things, so they get close to them and then get sucked right onto things even when healthy. I now even wrap my wavemaker in sponge :/

What are the Adonis living in?
 
That's a huge Adonis, probably not many around that size. Nice pickup

Any idea of sex for the 2 you have?
 
That's cool. I wouldn't know how to sex them either. Recumbent on the forum bred his albino Adonis. That was really cool. Goodluck it yours. Hope they play nice
