Yeah dude did you pay the like 5 or 10 dollars for insurance? That can be a real life saver.... Never the less go put a boot up FedEx's ass

As the shipper you would think he would have paid the insurance but on the other hand i believe when i had my business going a few years ago, i dont think i was able to insure live stuff, dont quote me i may be wrong but im pretty sure. The guy i got them from filed a claim with FedEx but he wont email me back anymore though lol. I wont file a claim with paypal because 100 dollars isnt worth not being able to buy from the guy again.

I dont have dither fish on hand. Like i said most tanks are species only tanks for breeding purposes. Live and learn i guess. Just sucks to be responsible for your fish killing each other.
 
I would file a claim with paypal because if he packaged wrong once, or if FedEx messed up different story, but if it was his fault then how do you know he wont package wrong again.
 
it wasnt his fault, i didnt save the pic of the broken box but it was clearly dropped and with enough force to make three bags pop.


so i went down to turn the lights on this morning and my wc male otter point killed the last female in the tank. I give up lol.
