I dont think the actual tank size matters in this instance the fact remains theres no way that cat should be in that tank its just cruel thats a big cat its just not right, the fact that he had the balls to actually post the video is insane if you look at his comments I dont think anyone said anything about the fish being too big in fact someone said they have a redtail in a 25 with a 55 waiting for it people like this either need to be educated or smacked up. my two cents.
went to see the vid but its down. ya i usually shop and make bad choices, still learning but i buying some supplies at petsmart and decided to buy a pacu for my at the time 60 gallon community tank. . ya i know. . they had a little chart said it grows to 12" or something . . . got home and read up and found their chart a little wrong lol and returned it the next day. also had pleco in my turtle tanks and the 2 i have are beasts. turtles end up riding them like surf boards, they have settled in a 75 but still, the "grow to size of tank" thing is really a misguided and bad rule it seems
When I read up on it a little and saw his videos he said they are getting a 200 gallon tank for him. Still not much better. And actually I wouldn't doubt if the red tail ends up braking it.
