Another fish down

Nothing exciting down here, my small collection is back in the single digits :naughty:

Nothing exciting? You have one of the most unique collections on this board. I bet those 9 are all very impressive, and far from typical. Do we have to stoop to I'll show mine IF you show yours? :)

You have rays that actually breed. That's very exciting. Flip side is you could be pushing 2 dozen rays and have better chances of finding pups in cereal boxes then in any fish tanks.

I know the feeling, I recently added 4x Abalios 3-6", 2x Leucostictas 4" and 3x Red Heads 3". Only have 1- 6" Abalios and 1- 4" Leucosticta left. :(
sounds just like my brothers tank. although its his flower thats taking them down. Anyone know if a ray has taken down an aro before???

when frank had a large tank at home he put in 10 discus they got picked off one by one rays kill for fun
if they can cover the whole fish with the disk they have the vacum much like one of the suckers they use to move glass panels once they have them pinned with the suction say good bye to the eyes

I have 9 rays in with 6 fullgrown geophagus and heros, have had them there for 1,5 year+, my rays have not taken any out. Have had a few angel fish aswell, out of 5 i now have 2 left. Size of the tank does play a part, i am thinking of putting 8 fullgrown green discus into my 1200 gallon system as they would be the last piece to make that tank look absolutley stunning. Im not sure if i dare tho :) What concerns me is when the night falls in.

had a big jar that worked out for a long time with some adult mm the jar took my 20" fire eel now i don't have my mm and stuck with this stupid jar lol.
