Another ID question for a freeby

They are healing actually. She was really rough when I got her.... I have done Hydrogen Peroxide with a q-tip on my goldfish for tears and scale issues, but wasn't sure if I could do that for this fish. It always gets things clean and jumpstarts repair healing in them. Anyone know if I could do this for her safely?? Or is there anything I can dip her in to help?
I just did a nice feeding round and "she" is very black along the entire bottom of her belly and suddenly, she is squaring off with Dandy. They are face to face in the middle of the tank. Are we about to do some lip-locking? He is cleaning off a rock beside a plate as well, between stare-downs. I am going to remove the convict.
Another question I have is how many days do syn's eggs take to hatch. I can't find anything that tells. Of course, it would be a mix between the FH and the syn eggs. I know they like a rock so there is one flat rock sitting beside the plate.
