good luck i hope they make it. I have seen rays get stuck for 72 hours and make it.
 
My monster Mantilla was stuck in an overlay..... 36 hours total I believe, and she was massive.

Brent is a good guy. Delta just lost the package and had to track it down. Anyhow, I am still please with brent service. Whenever I get my new ray, i'll post some pictures.
 
Keep us posted if either u or brent are able to make a claim and get your money back for deltas mistake... Ive been wondering if putting insurance on these packages is a good idea

i dont think the airlines will cover a dead fish..... I think it is a waste of money to add insurance.

BUT usually if it is a Guarantee must fly package they will credit back shipping.
 
If things like this happen, you want the airline to completely lose your package and not ever find it. That way they will re-imburse you for the content amount that you declared.

If they "mis-place" your package and later found it, then they won't do anything but refund the shipping cost as their guarantee. NO shipping company will cover dead fish...when you put your declare content, you're only giving them a value in case they completely lose the package.
