Another new pick up...

Ok people. I'm being serious here with my questions so be gentle. LoL
Seriously though, I want to get this new pbass fatter. It went for floating pellets this morning but not this evening. It did however attack the massivore pellets as I tossed them in one by one and then spit them out a few seconds later. I'm guessing I may have to pre-soak them?? I did stuff the shrimp with pellets. The first was a success and it ate both. The next 3 shrimps were spit out seconds later so the pellet came out and then she re-ate the shrimp.

Any pros out there with any other tips or should I keep doing what I'm doing?? I know it won't be right away for the change but Id like to know that I'm on the right track.

Thanks in advance.

Joey

Just stick at it - massivore is very good for nutrition, if you don't mind paying then try that, i've had several fish turn there nose up at pellet but not be able to resist massivores smell.

Failing that try sliding a pellet into a thick juicy prawn, keep the temp up high so he's always hungry and feed him twice a day, three times if he will take it.

He will soon fatten up you just have to stick at it, plenty of food and fresh water and you can't go wrong - FACT

All I use is massivore for all my fish. Just the kelberi and this new p bass show no interest. I keep trying it though because if they don't eat it, everything else will. LoL

I'll keep at it for sure.

At 13" the bass is more than likely stuck in its ways. Just keep tryin to stuff small pieces of pellets in the shrimp.

This bass ate a 7 inch TSN that was in the tank with it for months when it was 10 inches. Christmas eve. No mercy.
