Another One of Those Sad Threads

My big silver Arowana jumped today.

just found him dry as a bone on the floor. I bought him for $30 because he was in awful shape at an LFS. Shredded fins and stuck in a tiny tank with another Arow. Got him back to shape and grew him out quite a bit over the last few years. I must have left the top open after feeding yesterday or else he pushed it open. I usually am good at keeping it closed.

It sucks but I cant do anything to change it now.

I want to keep my mind off it by looking into a new fish to replace it. Any ideas?

yea my LFS has a black but im thinking something that doesnt get quite as large. Now that the arow is gone I want to stay away from a tank larger than a 150 until I find a more permanent home.
