yeah sorry, there crazy i was feeding my 7in and it jumped out hit the ceiling and landed on the ground but hes okay now

I am sorry for your loss...most likely it was him that bumped up the top and jumped out... they jump and they are powerful when they hit the top..it needs to be weighted down with something heavy on top...thats the only way that he would not be able to push the glass up.. it happens alot and i try my best to warn people about it.. it has happened to me.. terrible to lose an arow this way.
