Oh yea and how big will this guy get and how long does it usually take ????

He will likely max at around 10" SL. They are fairly slow growers, expect 1" every 3-12 months depending on water quality, and food offered.

Thanks for the I.D. guys, and any idea what's best for food for this guy??? I have wood in there, and alge wafers...But do they all need veggies??????

yeah, veggies is great... good food, and lots of roughage, just what they need, and not too much protein. Check the pleco dietry thread. The whiteness is something that some juvies have.
